Our journey together starts with a complimentary 45-minute consultation where we'll:

Assessment & Paperwork
If we decide to move forward together, the next steps include:
Forms & Waivers: You'll complete an exercise readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) and a medical history form
Medical Clearance: For some conditions, a ParMedX form may need to be completed by your doctor providing written clearance to begin an exercise program
Health Metrics: I'll take your blood pressure and calculate your resting heart rate
Helpful Information: Recent cholesterol levels (both HDL and LDL) are beneficial to ensure exercises are safe and effective
Postural Analysis: We'll identify any muscle imbalances that need correction
Program Planning: Together, we'll determine session times, frequency, and the type of program best suited to you
